| Most people cannot believe that I am not 20 to 30 years younger than I really am, partly because of my youthful looks! and partly because I am so young at heart. Endemol liked me very much because I am quite loud and full of personality - although my show was filmed fourth, they showed it first, the reason being that I was so lively (one of the critics who reviewed the show described me "like Michael Barrymore on speed". I am very fit and go to the gym every week day i.e. 5 times a week doing yoga, pilates, aqua aerobics, body and tone and gym. | |

I have appeared on ready steady cook which has been repeated. I have also appeared on Judgement Day compared with Brian Conley and won the top prize. I did a pilot show produced by Endemol for the BBC called "Are you above average" presented by Vernon Kay but it did not get into a series. I was also asked by Endemol to get into Changing Rooms". but I did not fancy the show. I have appeared on various cookery programmes with mouthwatering recipes, so am quite a pro in front of the camera. Recently I did a pilot show for TalkTalk production called "Cooking the books" and appeared on Channel 5 "Breaking into Tesco" at which my dish came 3rd in my group.Also appeared on Eating with the Enemy, James Martin presenting.Lastly appeared with Gordon Ramsay on the F word.
