To promote Bell to commuters during the afternoon rush hour at five major traffic centres
Street representatives will hand out Bell branded microwavable popcorn to commuters during the afternoon rush hour at five major traffic centres in downtown Toronto:
Dundas Square (ground level)
Union Station (Go train area)
Queen Subway Station (underground by main turnstiles)
King Subway Station (underground by main turnstiles)
St. Patrick Subway Station (underground by main turnstiles)
Attached to the microwavable popcorn will be a plastic coupon card redeemable for a free movie rental from Bell Video Store.
Each location will be manned by a three person team (2 reps and 1 Bell employee).Each representative will wear a Bell branded t-shirt and a BVS nametag. Each person should wear clean jeans (preferably dark with no rips, tears or markings) and black, comfortable shoes. Each team will be provided with two Bell branded carrying bags to hold the bags of popcorn.
Two members of the team will be responsible for handing out the popcorn while the third will be responsible for refilling the bags. All members of the team will undergo a three hour training session so they are able to answer general customer questions.
Training will take place on Monday May 12th from 1pm – 4pm.
Event Date is May 21st 2008 from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
At least one member of each team must have access to a vehicle in order to bring the initial product to the location.
Must have min 1 - 2 years of Promotional Experience.
