Exciting new project is casting for five roles, male and female actors between 18-50 years of age

The University of East London MA Film, Video New Screen Media Students are casting for a feature film, which will be shot on HD and 8mm film in London, from June 1st 2008 to June 29th 2008.
The story is about six students who entrap themselves in a temporarily closed school. These students soon find out that the community around them begins to riot. The students as well as the sounding community members must face the facts of reality and how strong both verbal and non verbal communication really is.
Private Auditions will be held on May 6, 2008. If chosen there will be actors workshops various days until actual principal photography. We are unable to pay a fee, but travel expenses (providing it is public transport e.g. Bus/Train/Tube) and food will be provided for production days. A DVD copy of the finished film will be provided, as well as appropriate credits.

- Mixed Race Male Aged From 18 To 20 (must be able to pass for 16) - Davies is the youngest out of four boys and the only sibling sent to London with his father and former cousin Mushe. He has an appetite sarcasm. He often fights off his depression with humor.

- Afro Carribean Male Aged From 38 To 46 - This St. Lucian store owner is the Father and sole guardian of his son Davies and nephew Mushe who a deep resentment towards him for relocating to London and leaving the rest of his family behind. He worked over 40 hours a week to make sure that he can provide a decent life for his son and nephew.
