FX Home Ltd, a special effects software supplier, require actors for an upcoming short film production. Open auditions will be held end May and early June, ready to shoot in July.
Synopsis:

The short film drama is based on an original script, set on a lunar mining station, and involves three crew member. The three person crew of a lunar mining ship are coming to the end of their posting. Professionally they've had a successful year but personal relationships have been complex and tense. Things come to a head when the ship is damaged, threatening the lives of the crew and the safety of the ship and its payload.

The shoot will take 5 days and begins 30 June 2008. Auditions will be held on Saturday 31st May and Sunday 1 June 2008. This is an an usual opportunity to add a visually exciting credit to your portfolio. The finished film with be released via the Internet, entered to festivals and participants will be credited on IMDB. Participants will also be provided with their own copy of the finished production.

A firm but fair Captain who is haunted by some tough past experiences, but who is battling to contain feelings of betrayal by the other crew members.

She is career focused but circumstances put her in a position of vulnerability and uncertainty.

Males, aged 20 to 40 from the United Kingdom
A self centred but charismatic playful character who is out of his league but who has been lucky so far. He's a needy, lonely coward, but he can be manipulative and controlling and there is the suggestion that there is something quite nasty underneath the surface of his character.
