Synopsis:

‘Container 57’ is driven by the performances of the two main protagonists. Focusing not on what the men have done which has lead to their current entrapment, but on the bond forged between these two strangers when faced with the bleakest of prospects; abandoned, thought to be alone and where a quick and painless death is dashed by circumstances outside their control. Yet hope can still exist, but not it seems without a cruel sense of irony.
