Varying ages of Nigerian actors and extras required for a commercial shooting in London

This is for a TV commercial to be shown in Nigeria only.
The filming will take one day and be in London in one restaurant location and may be at night.
All the talent must be dark skinned and the three lead roles must look Nigerian.
This is a high class restaurant situation and all actors must look classy and well dressed.
