Casting one male and one female aged 19 to 25 for a TV pilot in Victoria
Three misfit housemates meet an unending stream of Melbourne's most dysfunctional citizens as they try to fill their spare room.
No. 3 George Street is their run down student share house in the inner suburbs. No one has ever seen the bottom of the kitchen sink, the vacuum looks like it came straight out of the box and in the bathroom there’s a pubic-hair tumble-weed affectionatly named Evan.
Only one thing is for sure; trying to find a good housemate can send you spare.
Percy:
Co Star / Male / 19 to 25 years
Percy is the house mate that joins the share house. He is a completely melancholy, slumped-over figure who always dresses in black. The other house mates find it harder to save him from himself than get his rent money.
Melissa:
Series Regular / Female / 19 to 25 years
Melissa works in a book store that also display's share houses in its front window. She is a kind person with a sense of humour. Although she only gets one line in the first episode, she becomes increasingly important as the series continues.
