Three-hour tapings held twice a week in Manhattan (may take part in as many or as few episodes as desired). Guest credit/ yoga poster-book- postcard/ first time participation copy of dvd, safe guided stretching by certified trainer.
Media exposure/ networking opportunity offered in lieu of cash compensation.
