We’re launching a new fitness brand in the UK and one of our first products is a high intensity DVD workout system. We’ve commissioned a highly skilled and professional production crew (frequently used by the BBC and Channel 5) to produce the series and we’re giving anyone with an interest in fitness and media an opportunity to be part of the workout cast.
We’re looking for 8 motivated, high energy individuals who would love to be part of this experience. No previous experience or qualifications are necessary, all we ask is that you are over 18 years old, can follow a 40 minute class based workout and perform the instructed exercises with good form (training will be given). To give you a taste of what will be involved, we will be holding small rehearsal sessions on Thursday's at 18.30 in a Glasgow City Centre studio and would like to invite you to take part. These sessions will be video’d for selection purposes but these will not be made available outside of the casting team.
The selected cast will be required to commit to a rehearsal and training schedule of 2 hours per week (currently planned for Tuesday’s and Thursday at 18.30) for approximately 3 months. The purpose of this training is for you to learn the routines and to build enhanced fitness levels, learn advanced training techniques to apply to your own individual training, understand advanced sports nutrition and diet methods and learn how to perform to camera for this style of production.
Due to the production costs involved, length of rehearsal timeframe and the commitment to cast training, facility hire, ongoing marketing and promotion, we are unable to provide payment for time to the workout cast. However, all reasonable out of pocket expenses, once we enter the production phase, will be covered, use of all publicity photo’s and materials will be granted and full credit will be giving to all involved.
The workouts that we have designed for this DVD series are high impact and high intensity. They are not suitable for anyone with poor fitness levels, pre-existing injuries or health related issues. The workouts are specifically designed to promote increases in speed, agility, coordination, strength, general fitness and overall body conditioning; as such, you can expect to be challenged in all of these areas.
