"Hair Salon" is a 2 minute viral video shot in a cinema verite style - intended to look like a real life moment that has been captured by someone's mobile phone.
A hairdresser and her client argue over a haircut, culminating in the hairdresser throwing a tantrum and hacking off the client's hair (don't worry, we'll use a wig).

Hairdresser
The hairdresser is the lead role. She is an experienced hairdresser who is sick and tired of grumpy clients who don't trust her expertise, or her hard work. She's completely fed up, and when her current client complains that her hair was cut too short, it's the straw that breaks the camel's back. Hairdresser loses her cool and throws a tantrum in the middle of the salon, and then in a fit of rage, hacks off a chunk of the client's hair before storming out.

Hair Salon Client
This client has long hair. She loves her hair, and is adamant about trimming off as little as possible at each appointment. When she sees the hairdresser's work, she complains that it's too short, and antagonises the hairdresser. After a heated argument, the hairdresser hacks off the clients hair (don't worry, not your real hair), and the client is left to mourn the loss of her precious tresses.
The character is a bit of a princess. She demands her way, and whines when she doesn't get it.
