Independent filmmaker Luc Rioche (“THE LOOP”) is casting 2 male lead roles for a short film “DEAD YOUNG”, which will be filmed in Dorset this summer. Formal acting experience is not required but Luc is seeking performers 16-25 yrs old / Caucasian.
STORY: When Kenny, a teenager like any other, takes a trip with a friend on a moped into the surrounding countryside, he is forced to confront his inner demons, which unlocks a fateful turn of events.

KENNY: The main character, 18 years old. Brown hair, thin, dirty, nervous. Like most of his friends, he’s out of school/college and is unemployed. He likes motorbikes, and spends most of his days aimlessly ridding alone or with friends around on stolen mopeds/scouters. Kenny is street-smart, he has a quick temper, and he isn’t scared to fight someone twice his size. He’s teeming with a sort of violence, and powerful hate.
