Hello,

My name is
Nadia Tan, a 2nd year undergraduate film student at RMIT University. I am casting for my upcoming 5-minute short film. My film will be a fantasy-inspired short that touches on acceptance and greed:

A old man coping with his wife’s death as he struggles to stand up to his pragmatic daughter who wants to put him in a nursing home.

Shooting date is tentatively locked on the 19th and 20th of May.

Location: Victoria, Australia

Payment details: no pay

A pragmatic middle-aged career woman

Her general attire doesn’t stray far from her funeral dress. She thinks she knows best and wants to put her father in a home. She does care for him greatly, but her pragmatism masks this. She was brought up well by her parents and was instilled with a sense of ambition at an early age; this striving for success has made her worldly, yet slightly cold.

She is hurting from her mother’s death but hides it well for the benefit of her grieving father.

Females, aged 28 to 40 from Victoria, Australia
