Kader (Destiny) is a short Drama/Comedy about a young Turkish girl who discovers she is pregnant. Despite the wishes of her Aunt Hatice with she whom resides, Kader is reluctant to marry simply for the sake of having a child in wedlock.

She instead chooses to give her child up for adoption to a childless Turkish couple, Cemil and Meliha. Over the following months Kader's life happily becomes intertwined with the family until she meets James, a young visually impaired man from Sydney. Suddenly she is forced to rethink her decisions which has a ripple effect to all those around her.
