After Frank dies from a rather strange accident, he goes to heaven and is surprised to find God is a woman, and absolutely gorgeous! Frank awkwardly tries to win her heart, much to the anxiety of her extremely camp assistant, St. Peter, who begins to see Frank as a distraction. Is it possible for Frank to find love after death, particularly when that love is the creator of the universe?
