Age - mid 50's. Her life was perfect. Her house was large, but not extravagant, though kept in immaculate condition. Everything in it's place and order maintained. Ashley was born when Mrs Berg shortly passed her 25th birthday. Born with a heart defect that would require constant monitoring and medication, Mrs Berg felt like she had been cheated. Unlike the possessions she had her husband buy for her, this defective one could not be returned for a correctly working model.

Age - mid to late 60's.
A devoted family man to his wife & daughter, both were richly spoiled. He worked hard all his life to give them everything they ever desired. Though his wife grew cold to him over the years, Mr Berg was ever the doting father. She was his pride & joy who could do no wrong in his eyes. Now that he has lost her, his world is shattered. Living shell-shocked, he is coping only by a thread.

Age - 38.
Raised by his Mother, his father passing away not long after he was born. As a young boy he could 'see dead people'. As he grew older, he became stronger still. He explored darker sources of the psychic world, he gained more power still. Eventually he was able to force spirits to move on, effectively removing the haunting. Unfortunately it doesn't pay very well unless you have a TV show. Each time he removes an ethereal being, he makes a small cut on his arm, his way of keeping score
