As such she is often frequented by her daughter, Ren's mother who helps care for her. A proficient cook, she spends her days of retirement on food in the kitchen for her family, and tai chi in the park for her health.

Following the death of his wife, Abraham spent all his energy on protecting his children. He retreated within himself, first taking leave from work, then never returning, then lost the will to go outside, to stand, to talk. Eventually he lost the will to do anything but watch TV on his couch, which he hasn't left now for years. Other than his daughters, none know of his true condition. The two of them are now his sole caretakers.

A likeable, borderline cool, borderline cute, motorbike enthusiast teen in Kira's maths class. Taylor tends to avoid conflict as well he can and as such appears unbreakable to most, though in his own experience, conflict would rather find him. Though he has an nonchalant interest in girls he is mildly aware of an increase in attention from Alice.
