"Drumstick Boy & Drumstick Girl" is about Schoolgirl Megan who is consistently disappointed by the contents of her school lunchbox. She must face the sneers of the class bully, Dave, who prides himself on his daily intake of fried chicken drumsticks and other greasy pleasures. Megan establishes the only way to deal with her situation is through a cunning exchange following a trip to the supermarket meat department with the contents of her piggy bank.
The film is being produced by Film Students at the University of Notre Dame, Sydney.
Roles are unpaid, but showreel and catering will be provided.
Roles:
*Megan: female, 9-12, shy, gentle.
*Dave: male, 10-13, tough guy, smug.
Must be available to shoot on the following days:
Sunday 30/09, Monday 1/10 & Tuesday 2/10 (3 full days)
(*During School Holidays)
Auditions will be held on:
Wednesday, 26th September, 4:30 - 6:30PM
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
