We require leads for a Pilot episode of a Sitcom to be filmed in May. 2-3 day shoot in London.
The Sitcom is set in a Film memorabilia store and focuses around the individuals and events within. Ali and Jake own the store, Jake recently split from his wife and Ali is looking to move on to bigger things. They share a flat with Mike, who fakes depression so his father continues giving him hand-outs. Abby is the new girl at the store and tries to fit in with the wired personalities that are already there.
This is not your ordinary store.
As this is a Student Production we cannot offer to pay any money, however we will provide lunch on the days of shooting, you will be provided with a copy of the Pilot episode for use in your show-reel/portfolio. Travel expenses may be reimbursed.

Ali
Ali is the co-owner of the store, along with mike, but he is constantly trying to get his film career off the ground with his own script... so far he hasn't had much luck.
Young, tries to be professional he is the most out-going and friendliest of the group.

Jake is the owner of the shop along with Ali, he recently split up from his wife who is now his Arch-enemy, although previous feelings are still slightly harbored.
Nice to his friends but can turn rapidly, also fairly anti-social.
A good reference for some of the attributes for this character would be Larry David from "Curb Your Enthusiasm" but younger.

Mike
Mike is flatmates with Ali and Jake.
A horrible, yet amusing, event happened early on in his life which led his parents to believe Mike has been suffering with depression. Little do they know that Mike plays on this and uses it as leverage to get all he wants in life provided to him by his parents.
