Theatre of Image and Bell Shakespeare are developing a production based on the epic Chinese classic, Monkey…journey to the west. In Australia you may remember it through the Japanese series, Monkey Magic. The Artistic Directors, John Bell, who will direct the production, and Kim Carpenter, whose concept it is, will hold auditions specifically for performers of Asian background , on Tuesday 15 & Friday 18 May at Bell Shakespeare HQ
