THE MADNESS MUSICAL, 'OUR HOUSE' - OPEN AUDITIONS

Award-winning amateur theatre company, Stage One, are currently cassting for their next exciting production. the Madness musical, 'Our House'.

'Our House' is a hilarious and fast-moving romantic comedy; a modern-day love story set on the streets of London. It follows two different possible courses in the life of a young man, Joe, following his involvement in petty crime. When the police arrive, Joe is faced with one of those crossroad choices that we all face at points in our lives.

Featuring the music of Madness, one of the UK's biggest selling singles bands including the hits Baggy Trousers, It Must Be Love, Driving in my Car, House of Fun and Night Boat to Cairo and two brand new songs written for the show.

We are looking for talented and committed musical theatre performers of all ages for various lead / company roles.

Auditions will be held in Romford, Essex on Sunday, 8th November 2009 and the production will take place at the Kenneth More Theatre, Ilford the week commencing Monday, 8th February 2010.

Please note that this is production is unpaid and rehearsal fees will be applicable.
