Basically, I was born and brought up on a country farming estate in Scotland with castle and grounds and since moving to Manchester have created a full detailed website about the area, buildings and history that is factually correct. you can view the website at (website available upon application).

It is a totally free and non commercial website offering information, textual and image of each location.

What i am planning on doing is creating a gps audio walking tour of the area based on my website, I would create all the features that people/tourists/etc can visit and the gps system would show the image, text and also an audio transcript of the text when they automatically reach each location or maybe on their mp3 player.
I would also have a script for the inner parts of the building (castle) and it would consist of a video with the images accompaning the voice.

unfortunately budget is zero as am just a member of the public who is creating it as a hobby, so looking for someone to do this for free, i know this is a lot to ask that was
the main reason for placing the ad listing.

But taking things at a stage at a time. There is no time-scale to this so can be done over a few months or so months and can be done in your own home at your own pace.

Although the location is in scotland want the voice to be non regional that way anyone be that from uk, america, australia etc, can understand the voice.
an example of type of voice would be something the continuity announcer on bbc sounds like, pretty much non generic if that makes sense.

Its quite an ambitious plan I am trying to create, but keeping it low key and non commercial. Although the estate is privately owned the land is all open space and public rights of way so people can appreciate it more, only the castle and buildings are restricted access, so when I said above that selected/few people will have access to it, will be more aimed at the visiting tourists of "hunter origins".

I know it may come across as a professional thing i am doing but its far from it, if you check out my website its all just a hobby thats expanded into an accurate an account of a specific area. I hate when you go to websies thats been created by someone on the other side of the world and they never even been to the place.

However I have decided the castle one will be done as a video (as obviously gps dont work indoors) that I will add to the website.
this way i can add images to the video and the audio plays above it giving it a more
personal feel to it, and will add some medieval music when i can find some suitable.
its a long term project so not an instant thing that will be up and running straight away, but got to start somewhere and get the ball rolling. Its already taken me nearly 6 months just to write the text for the scripts, as its not exactly my best atribute.

it does not have to be studio quality sound only as long as clear and audiable then thats fine.
