Casting: Narrator for documentary short on a tattoo artist who is immersed in 1950s culture and collectibles.

We are a student film crew at Griffith Film School, producing a 10 minute documentary influenced by the style of the 1950s newsreels. The narrator is a key component of this influence, and will be responsible for giving the audience first impressions.

We will provide on-screen credit, and a DVD copy of the film. Unfortunately, this is an unpaid role.

Short recording session will occur on one morning OR afternoon between 29 May - 4 June.

Auditions to be held early next week (22 or 23 May).

Narrator

Male actor/voiceover artist to perform as a 1950s newsreel narrator.
Open age range, but preference to older males with a deep, bass to bass-baritone voice. Also, preference for a british accent, or ability to maintain a consistent 1950s Australian accent (see above link).

Required for a short recording session (approx 2-3 hours at most), most likely between May 29 and June 4.
