Creative design group based in London Slaves of the Extraordinary are currently collaborating with Ethical Fashion Charity called Mayamiko Trust.

Mayamiko works to support creative talents and turn them into sustainable activities. They currently run projects in Malawi, training women to sew and create garments so that they can earn a reliable income for their families.

We held a fashion show at the Kensington Rooftop Gardens in October 2011, as it was so successful and we recieved such positive feedback we are keen to continue to create another successful events.

We are doing another event which will be a collaboration with Mayamiko Trust. This event is called 'SPARK' and will be a night of emerging musicians, performers, design, film and we are hoping to have an exhibition.

We are hoping to get 300 - 400 people there (our last event we had over 300 in a much smaller space!)

The night is about positive energy, movement, change and empowerment. We want it to represent the charity and also be a very creative, well crafted design based event. Our team produces all creative and performance elements, our focus is on cenceptial ideas and supporting up and coming artists over mainstream practices.
