We are looking to create a fresh, new urban production company that specialises in Music Videos and Short Online Dramas. We are looking for a team of dedicated professionals that can help promote our brand and our work.

So what's the big idea?

The main and purpose of this, is for our team to be a leading brand when it comes to entertainment in the Urban sector. We will start off with small 'In House' productions first. In house this means people within our team who will be working for us. If they require anything to be made, for example a music video, we shoot and edit and this will be a way of promoting our work as well as the artist we are with.

We will make money through our 'Out of House' productions. This means all those that require our services and are willing to pay a fee to us.

We therefore need a group of talented fresh individuals who are willing to spend there time creating something very magical in which they can be rewarded for their efforts on each project that comes our way. They need insure that they are persistent in making this project rise on all levels so it can become a well known name and brand, not just within the urban scene.

So who are we looking for at the moment?

A cameraman/girl
Someone who is experienced in handling a recording camera and has work to prove this, if you can edit, this would also be a plus.

Editor
Responsible for editing all material and footage we need. The standards must be high, you must be able to edit as if you are editing a movie or a music video for the likes of Jay Z

Promotions
This person will be responsible for promoting our brand and organising our data. You will be helping to design our brand, wear our t-shirts and help connect us to essential people. Having an evident 'know how' within the industry is a plus.
