‘Mâché Man’ is the enchanting tale of 8-year-old Cleo, a girl trapped by the closed-minded lethargy of her parents. Unable to venture outside and play with the other children, lonely Cleo builds herself a life-sized papier-mâché man. But as she feeds her new friend with undying devotion, he begins to breathe and come to life, unleashing a world outside her parents restrictions.

This is a graduation film from the prestigious Met Film School, made by award-winning filmmakers. It is a unique and charming family film that is lined up for the festival circuit.

Due to be shot in London from 15th - 24th September, the role of the Mâché Man will only be required to shoot for 3 of those days.

Mâché Man

The actor will be inside a costume to make him/her into the Mâché Man. Accordingly, they will be required to portray emotions through movement rather than facial expression.
