A top glossy magazine is looking for women aged between 18 and 45 who have had 'secret' surgery. This could be a boob job nobody noticed.. a nose job.. liposuction.. facelift.. or anything else!
We're looking for people who purposefully hid the fact they had surgery from family or friends etc.
Whatever your story, you will have the chance of a photo shoot and the opportunity to appear in a national award-winning women's magazine.

Just send a brief description of the surgery you had and tell us why you concealed it and a before and after picture of yourself following the surgery.
