We are looking for women who are 40 years old who believe getting fit has knocked years off their body and face.

Perhaps you were unhealthy and overweight so you decided to do something about it and started regular exercise - and now you have found that exercise is the key to keeping young...

You will be one of several women who will appear in a feature in a national publication commenting on how it feels to be 40 and what regular exercise has done for you, as well as being treated to an all expenses paid photoshoot in London.
