We're looking for women aged 18-35 who have tried out some of the diets
currently taking the world by storm who are willing to take part in our
feature about tried and tested celebrity diets.
We need to speak to women who have completed the following diets and
maintained their weight loss, who have before and after pictures and would
be willing to take part in a photoshoot in the next week or so. There will
be a fee for the right stories:
80/20 diet
Pretty simple really, 80% of your food is healthy, 20% is naughty treats.
Paleolithic diet
Eating only foods that could have been hunted and speared or picked from
trees and plants.
The Hampton’s diet
Essentially a three phase diet which is a high in protein and low in carbs
regime with a few twists.
The alkaline diet
The idea is that if you watch the pH content of what you put into your body
and compensate for excess acidic foods (processed food, meat, fish, grains
and cereals) with alkaline foods (fruit, veg, green tea, soya and plant
oils).
The Dukan diet
A low-fat protein based diet.
