Looking for a female trainer to help get fit over the summer. You must be fun and motivational and be able to mix up activities to keep the momentum going. Mainly looking to do gym work but need a balanced programme of activities such as tennis, squash, jogging, dancing etc to prevent boredom. Would be good if you have nutritional experience as well.
