I'm a 29 year old guitarist from Edwinstowe near Mansfield and I'm looking to join either an established band playing original material (and maybe some covers) or a singer who wants to play open mic nights or paid gigs playing original songs or covers.

I've been playing for fifteen years and have my own gear and transport. I like a range of music ranging from classic stuff like The Beatles and Pink Floyd to more modern heavier stuff like: Kyuss, QOTSA and Future of the left.

I'm also a big fan of more sedate stuff like Mumford and Sons, Frightened Rabbit, Laura Marling and other folk/rock type bands.

I've had a lot of experience playing rhythm (and some lead guitar) in various cover and originals bands and I'm looking for some like-minded individuals who are into playing and writing and with a view to getting together for a jam and eventually getting some gigs/recording etc.
