I am in the process of developing my own record label. I have major distribution. I am a musician myself so I know how hard it is just to get your music heard. I am however looking for quality talent. Please don't apply if you think you dont have what it takes to take your career to the next level

I realize we live in the internet age and many prefer to just send MP3's. That might be fine for the initial audition but I am old school and might require you to send me a physical CD of your material.
