We are looking for individual musicians that make up the orchestra on cruise ships. These are 7 to 9-piece bands that back up the entertainers that perform on ships.
You must be a very strong sight-reader and must be comfortable playing and improvising in many different styles of music.

You must be able to play proper walking bass lines as well.

Guitarists will be asked to play one étude of their choice, a jazz standard with improvisation, and we'll make you sight-read a part of a production show along to click tracks and audio tracks. You should also be able to play a couple of chord/melody pieces in various styles of music.
