I would like to put together a new band playing covers of my favorite tunes.

Stuff like Steely Dan, John Mayer, lots of 80's soul tunes. At first it would just be covers but possibly move on to writing depending on how things go.

This wouldn't necessarily be a big money spinner but just a way to flex some creative muscles and enjoying music together. Band should be pro standard with a pro attitude and willing to commit.
