Pop/Dance/R&B/Top 40.

- Must sing Lead AND back-up harmony very well.
Must have experience performing and have v. good audience interaction.
Must be in pretty good shape and be able to do basic choreography/some dance.
Must BE DEDICATED/SERIOUS/LOVE THIS KIND OF MUSIC and able to learn songs quickly. You will have 40 songs to learn in 2-3 weeks. Half singing lead and half singing harmony.
Must be available to rehearse 2xs/week (2-3hrs. per rehearsal) for the first month- less frequently afterwards.
