You must be a strong and vocalist and look right. Great pitch and time are essential! Previous experience of working with a live band and in a recording studio will be beneficial. This is a business and not the product of an obsessed fan so a professional approach to the work and attention to detail is preferred above a desire to actually 'be' Lady Gaga in some strange way- it is not necessary to live her music (or even love it) just learn it and perform it well!
