Needs to be serious about the project, when i send you something i need to be able to trust i'll hear back relatively soon and not get an email a year later telling me you're sorry you forgot. Some songs are going to go for an "epic" feel and other for a really sparce empty feel, so a singer who's voice can reflect both and in between would be great.
