We are looking for Make up artists hair stylists for a Salon Fashion Show at The Rocks on the 21st June 2012 (4-6:30pm) show starts 6:30pm. This will be a one night only event and should be lots of fun!

The show is based on the Chanel archives at the Powerhouse Museum and the Hans Christian Anderson fairytale the Emperors New Clothes. The performance explores how we experience fashion through words and descriptions. The models will be nude but they will walk and pose as if they are wearing the Chanel garments described. Through these descriptions the audience is invited to imagine what these clothes might look like.

The show will be run in a traditional 1920s style. The audience will be intimate (maximum 60 guests). Hair and makeup will also mirror Chanel in the 1920s.
As the models will be nude there will be a big focus on the hair and makeup. There will be 10 models who will need to be styled.

On the night a short film will be created that will be shown at The Rocks for the following 2 weeks after the show. We will have a number of professional photographers photographing the event and copies will be made for everyone involved
