Shadows over a Neon City is a short sci-fi film. It is a cross between cyber punk and film noir (think Blade Runner meets Chinatown).
In terms of makeup and hair, there will be basic makeup and hair needs and more elaborate styles.
We will be needing prosthetics applications, gore/injury effects, full body makeup, dirt and grime fx, along with basic makeup styles (cold, hot, sweat etc.).

At this stage this project is unpaid, we are commencing a fundraising campaign and if the budget is raised positions will become paid.
