"Un Chat dans la Fête Foraine" follows two estranged lovers, a beautiful, cheeky, quick witted girl who we call Cat, and her depressed, aggressive, partner, the Clown. The clown can be quite violent towards the cat, and the cat retaliates by playing tricks on the clown. The two enjoy a passionate relationship like a roller coaster, and for the moment it is surviving by a shoe string.

Each photograph in the series contains the same characters, but they are played by different models for each image. I have completed seven photos in the series to date in Melbourne, Belgium and Paris.

SEVEN - Strongman :

Action: The Cat is curled up sleeping on the rooftop of a Parisienne apartment building. Next to her, also sleeping, is her lover, the Strongman. The clown has found these two lovers and is upset and angry. He decides to take his revenge by waking up the couple by urinating on them.
