Gok Wan - obesity documentary seeking participants aged 12-20

Are you obsessed with food?
Or worried about someone in your family who is?

Firefly Productions, the award winning production company, has been commissioned by Channel 4 to make this new documentary, fronted by Gok Wan. This will explore adolescent and teenage obesity, and we would like to hear from you.
