I've been playing with Coventry based function band "Gravity" for around 11 months, playing a wide range of rock and pop covers in pubs, clubs and for private functions. As well as playing mostly rhythm guitar for the band, I've also been involved with backing vocals and even a couple of leads including a rap on one song! I wouldn't say I'm a singer (or a rapper) but I've grown a lot in ability and confidence since joining the band and hope to continue getting better. I have also done a little recording with the band, and really excelled in a studio environment despite little experience.

I've also been involved in several other projects including outdoor gigs with a couple of different bands and writing and performing as part of an acoustic duo.
I've had plenty of oppotunities performing and working with lots of other musicians in a range of venues, performing a wide range of music, and I can't wait for the next oppotunity!

I have also played and sang in my local church for about 3 or 4 years.

I started out teaching myself, and as soon as I had learned a handful of chords I started teaching others. I now run a small business from home teaching all ages and abilities, and helping the wider world through Youtube lessons and my teaching website (www.christheguitartutor.co.uk) This presents a wide range of musical challenges, and requires me to study a variety of genres and artists to then teach lessons on them.
