| The people I have worked with describe me as:- friendly, professional, hardworking, reliable, and adaptable.
My husband and I run our own business selling the fabulous novel writing software, 'WriteItNow'. My hours are flexible and I can take time off, if required, at short notice.
I live in Southern Scotland, close to the English border. I am within two hours drive of Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle.
I love comedies, horror, crime and action films and would love to work in these areas, but would be very happy to consider any role offered, including radio and voiceover work. My accent is most often described as 'posh' (more middle class Oxfordshire, though!).
My varied career so far has included:- art gallery assistant, technical report writer, senior personal secretary, bookseller and retail manager.
My hobbies include cinema, textile crafts, gardening, walking, travel and vegetarian cookery. | |

I feel that I would make a great plus size/older model. My look can be transformed by clothes and make-up, for example:- glamorous/elegant, casual, professional/office worker, fitness/leisure/sporty, student/grunge/alternative. I take size 16 tops (36E), size 14 skirts/trousers.

Recent extra work for Gate Television Productions in "A Risk Worth Taking" (currently in production). I played a number of background roles, including a walk-on part as a diner in a restaurant and a buyer at a fish auction!
I have read a poem for Librivox.org, which can be found here on their website:-http://librivox.org/short-poetry-collection-038/
I have worked back stage (props department) for two amateur productions with the Abingdon Amateur Dramatic Society and the Abingdon Operatic Society.
I acted in many plays at school, taking the narrator's role in one, plus numerous smaller parts.

I have appeared as an extra in an educational TV programme for children set in the Victorian era.

I've written (and appeared in photos for) several published articles (Bella, Take A Break, etc), plus numerous published readers' letters, shorts and photos.
