FX Entertainment have an open audition for the NBL 2008-2009 seasons Dragons Cheerleaders - 21 July
FX Entertainment are auditioning for the NBL 2008-2009 seasons Dragons cheerleaders. The open audition will be at 5pm on Monday 21st July 2008. We are looking for ten dancers. Six regulars and four understudies. This is an open audition, so all are welcome to attend, just send them along. Please bring a CV and headshot to the audition. Please do not contact call FX, only contact via email if necessary.
Dancers will be required for compulsory weekly rehearsals (unpaid) every Thursday from 10am-12pm from August-February. Dancers will have to be available for the compulsory Cram session prior to the season beginning from July 30th- August 2nd each day from 10.30am-2pm, to learn the whole seasons choreography(unpaid). These dates are final due to time and date restrictions.
On court rehearsal is usually 3.30pm-5.30pm, then there is a break and show time for the game is 6.50pm. There are full change room and shower facilities at Voda so it is customary to just get ready at the venue after rehearsals. (paid rehearsals on game day and paid games). Dragons cheerleaders only perform at home games. One game will be at MSAC.

Please be dressed in fitting clothing. Please be prepared to dance in a crop top if asked to. It is not necessary to turn up in the crop top however. That is not the exact image we are after. We are looking for glamour.

FX are looking for stunning, sophisticated dancers who excel in hip hop, freestyle, acrobatics and jazz technique. Dancers who are friendly, attractive and talented. Ideally, the women should be athletic but womanly.
