We are holding an open casting this Saturday for the Hip Hop Weekender taking place on the 17-19th of October.
The casting will be held this Saturday 11th of October in London. Please bring a profile picture that we can keep on our database for future work. Unfortunately this is not paid work but an opportunity for work experience and networking.

The five pillars of Hip Hop (Breakin’, DJ-ing, Emceeing, Graffiti, and Beatboxin’) will be celebrated at the Hip Hop Weekender 17th - 19th October, 2008 @ Rich Mix. At last, you can finally come to an event where all the facets of Hip Hop Culture are kicking off at the same time and the same place with tasters so that you can spin the decks, drop beats, spit rhymes, bust a move and get yourself a tag. But there’s more! This will also be an opportunity for live performances by emerging talent alongside established artists to showcase their skills to a audience over the three days.
We are joining forces with True Media, Urban World, Pyro Radio and ITV Local with many other sponsors, speakers, guests and artists yet to be confirmed to bring you this event and exposure to the participants. This October is Black History Month and also the re-launch of the amazing venue, Rich Mix which is hosting the Hip Hop Weekender so what better way to get the party started!

It will be laced with screenings, seminars and showcases to feed the mind, body & soul and dispel the negative images that often make the headlines. Any gender, aged 18 to 25 from the United Kingdom
Female: height at least 5ft 8in dress size 8-10. Male: height at least 5ft 10in lean body. All applicants must be available to work on 18th October & have had some runway experience as we are working on a tight schedule and do not have much time to train those with little or no experience.
