It's that time again! The Miss England 2009 competition is now open for entries and this year it is going to be bigger and better than ever!

Females, aged 17 to 24 from the United Kingdom
Applicants must be female and aged 17-24 years 31st December of the year of the contest and shall be a British citizen and reside in England.
