Channel 4 needs teenagers (13-19) to take part in some filming for a high profile health series
We need both boys and girls who are available in the afternoon of Tuesday 12th August for 2 hours in Central Leeds. We want 20 teenagers to take part in a question-answer quiz which will be filmed and then broadcast in October at 9pm on Channel 4.

Please note: please make sure that you're available on Tuesday 12th august and are able to get to Leeds.
Note: all minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
