Cellist needed for brand new musical version of Peter Pan, premiering at Campus West Theatre in July
Musicians needed for brand new musical version of Peter Pan, premiering at Campus West Theatre, Welwyn Garden city in July 2008.
Role available: Cellist
You must be available for all these rehearsals and shows, all based at Campus West in Welwyn Garden City:
- Sunday 8th June, 2pm, Band Call 1
- Sunday 22nd June, 1pm, Band Call 2
- Tuesday 1st July, 2pm-8pm, Dress Rehearsal
- Wednesday 2nd July, 6pm, Show 1
- Thursday 3rd July, 6pm, Show 2
- Friday 4th July, 4pm, Show 3/7.30pm Show 4
-Saturday 5th July, 10am Show 5/2pm, Show 6/7pm, Show 7
This adaptation is a traditional book musical, not a pantomime. The style of music is modern musical theatre, with styles nodding to Stephen Sondheim, Stephen Schwartz, Jason Robert Brown and contemporary Disney. You will preferably have experience of playing for theatre (pit experience desirable), be a good reader, and play to a decent standard. You must be able to transport yourself and your instrument to and from Welwyn Garden City.
