| About me: | | My name is Norma Brown, I'm 32 years old and live in small town, Kentucky. I started singing when I was about 11 in church with my mom. My roots are gospel obviously, but I love to sing Country, Rock & Pop. I am an Occupational Therapist by trade and own Southern Heritage Rehabilitation with the best partner in the world, Sandy Perkins. I always wanted to write, record and sing and since life is not a dress rehearsal I decided that I would follow those dreams because their not just mine, they are my mom's, dad's, grandparents but they didn't have the opportunities or the chances that I was blessed with. In 2006, my other partner J Simms and I put our hearts into Dream Makers Recording Studio and began to record his band SpookTheMoose and our original songs. Music experience
I have been singing since 11 years old. I have been apart of several contests such as USA World Showcase in Las Vegas, Nashville Star Search, Talent Search TV, Colgate Country Showdown. I am proficient at playing piano and guitar. I can read music. I have excellent people skills as I have my own business as an occupational therapist and work with clients everyday. I also write songs and am currently working on my first album.
