| About me: | | I am still very fit and have just performed in Sweet Charity and G & S Princess Ida in which I played King Hildebrand.I have directed shows,been stage manager,built stage sets and also been involved with costume and props.
When I was working I was a self employed kitchen fitter although I have also been a civil servant and a senior officer in local government.
I have four children the youngest now 33. Both my youngest daughter and my eldest son are involved with the same theatre groups as myself.My daughter has done both television and film extra work. |

Acting experience
On stage most of my life in plays, musicals,Gilbert & Sullivan operas,taking principal roles and chorus work with both singing and dancing including some tap.My principal roles include; Arvide in Guys & Dolls,Jacob in Joseph & his Dreamcoat ,R.J.Simpson in Singing in the Rain,Rabbi in Fiddler on the Roof,Dick Deadeye in H M S Pinafore, Sergeant of Police in Pirates of Penzance and King Hildebrand in Princess Ida.I have recently taken lead roles in three short films,Fallen Voices,Platitude and Pair.I also took a role in a documentary for Discovery channel.I am currently rehearsing for South Pacific, playing Commander Harbison.
