Performing is everything and I give everything to it. Interaction with the audience and the old cliche about making the song your own is important to me as I don't want to be a clone. ,I like my personality to come through because I enjoy what I do and I believe this filters through to the audience and can be infectious. I like to give an audience what they want, but a little bit more than they expect

On stage in musicals, including Little Shop Of Horrors as the Dentist

Here is the review;
'Scott Jenner gave an excellent portrayal of the sadistic dentist, Orin Scrivello, and his death scene was very convincing, as he alternated between the effect of laughing gas and increasing panic.'

As well as My Fair Lady and Me & My Girl.

I was taught how to act/perform in musicals in the 1990's by Edson Keen, whose partner was a star of stage in Australia in shows including Sunset Boulevard
Experience in performing stand-up comedy taught me how to work an audience after being mentored by comedian Dave Lee in the 90's. He helped me started in the business and supported my early career, giving me good grounding and stagecraft.

TV & Film support cast, walk-on & extra's work including the recent Muppets Most Wanted and Sky TV's The Tunnel.

I currently perform one-man shows both day-time, in day centres, community centres, care homes and residential homes. And evenings doing cabaret.
My repertoire is vast, including material from numerous stage/screen musicals. There aren't many shows that I haven't done a song from. I do the musicals either as a straight cabaret act or with costume changes as part of the show, playing each character.
I have three different musicals shows, along with a Rat Pack, a Crooners & Swingers, an End Of The Pier, a Christmas with the Crooners and a Mixed Bag, for which clients choose a selection of some or all of the shows, or respect something specific for me to learn.

I have a baritone voice, comfortable to Ab (A la The Music Of The Night from Phantom). Rich tone in mid range with good depth.

I perform material that my voice is suited to and is best utilised for, which is predominantly Jazz, Swing and Musicals. I have also performed classical, rock 'n' roll, standards and a little 'pop'.

Performed a one-man Rat Pack show tour for Production company in London and Home Counties in July (30 shows)

also, previously as vocalist for a jazz/swing quartet 'Swing For Your Supper' and solo jazz/swing singer, before which I performed as vocalist for a late fifties/early sixties rock n roll in a tribute band (mostly Cliff & The Shadows tunes from that era with some of the standard rock n roll tunes like 'Blue Suede Shoes, Twenty Flight Rock, Mean Woman Blues etc' )
